It is located next to the main entrance of the Ojo Guareña Complex and is part of the caves. The date of its construction is unknown, some place it in the 8th-9th centuries, but Gómez Grinda believes that it dates from the 13th century. It began being dedicated to San Tirso only. In the 18th century, it brings together the two invocations. The refurbishment reforms begin in the mid-seventeenth century. The vaults possess paintings, some deteriorated by the leaks of the water of the currents of the great cave. There are also frescoes and an altarpiece. The whole was declared a National Artistic Historical Monument on April 23, 1970
